SHIPPING

Prints are mailed either UPS or USPS.

Prints are wrapped, rolled and shipped in sturdy shipping tubes.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for production and delivery.

Domestic: Shipping costs for prints are included in the print cost.

​

International: Please contact me at carol@caroljane.com for shipping costs. The purchaser is responsible for any taxes and duties due upon receipt of your artwork.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ARTWORK

All sales are final for original art and prints.

 

If you have any questions about your artwork, please contact me. carol@caroljane.com

If your artwork arrives damaged in shipping, please contact me and send photos within 48 hours of receiving your artwork. After we have confirmed the damaged artwork, we will replace the print at no cost.
